These Grand Master Tier sabers have a high price for all repairs, and we offer repair services for any issues that present that are not manufacturing defects but if we do not hear from you in the first 15 days after receiving your saber(s) we will assume all is good with your shipment. We will accept returns within the first 15 days ONLY if the sabers are in the same condition as they were received. If you choose to return a saber within the first 15 days there will be a $100 fee which covers Continental US shipping ONLY; Shipping outside the Continental US is your responsibility. We cover manufacturing defects only. 
 
After you receive your saber, we will still help with nominal repair costs depending on the issues; manufacturer defects WILL BE covered, NOT damage caused by you.  As a business, we have to pay fees for every order that is placed and they are NON-REFUNABLE for us.
