All sabers are good for light dueling. For full-contact dueling, go with Eco-Baselit sabers—they're tough and have no LEDs in the blade. (Duel at your own risk; we're not responsible for any damage or injury.)

Use a 5W USB charger (5V, 1A). Avoid chargers over 5W—they can fry the board, and that's not covered under warranty. Check your charger's specs. You can find 5W chargers on Amazon for under $9. IMPORTANT: Keep the core ON while charging (blade off). If the kill-switch is OFF, it won't charge. Need a spare 18650 battery? We've got you covered.

Yes, but you do so at your own risk. This will void the warranty. Vader’s Sabers is not responsible for any damage to your saber after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, coding, editing your config file, modifying the hilt itself, misuse/improper alignment of the core, damage sustained during play, or the use of 3rd party parts and batteries.

Yes, but you are responsible for shipping it back to Vader’s Sabers. We will cover the cost of the return shipping though. Please contact us via our Support page with your order number for pricing if you would like to order custom weathering on a saber you already own.

We offer weathering and leather wraps on all sabers (provided it makes sense on the saber). You can find leather wrap options on our Accessories page. We offer sound font/config file customization for a small fee. Please reach out to us via the Support page for specific pricing information. All sound fonts will need to be purchased separately for us to add to your saber.
