Some sabers are built because they should exist — because a fan keeps wishing they did. Dark Heritage is exactly that. Our founder, Russell designed it based on his two all-time favorite hilts: Ven Zallow’s from the Old Republic… and Vader’s classic ANH/ESB design based on the old MPP Microflash handle. This saber became a bit of a personal project — a way to merge those two eras into one clean, in-universe hybrid.
 
You can also add on the Xeno Copper Grand Master Crystal Chassis (+$239*) if you want the premium internals shown on the listing with the crystal chamber door open. If you order the Baselit, Xeno, or Proffie Technology Core, the additional Xeno Copper Grand Master Chassis will be an added accessory.
 
Dark Heritage is the hilt Russell always wished existed — a bridge between the ancient Sith Order and the Republic, and then the darker Imperial age that followed thousands of years later... Now it’s here for the rest of us who love that same corner of the galaxy.

Old Republic Cues: Hybrid silhouette inspired by Ven Zallow — our favorite era and saber design with included crystal reveal door on handle with optional Grand Master Xeno Spinning Crystal Copper Core.
Angled Emitter Shroud: A deliberate nod to the armored, aggressive geometry of Vader’s top section and emitter from ANH/ESB.
Kyle Katarn Inspired Neck: Another famous video game from the old days that is a stand out feature. 
Ven Zallow Styled Control Box: Continuing the Old Republic stylization, you get a VZ styled control box with the brass studded button.
Fixed Control Box Crystal Chamber: On the opposite side of the control box, you get an exposed crystal chamber that matches the blade color.
Ribbed Mid-Grip: Obi-Wan–style grenade section grooves for control and comfort during spins or dueling.
Dual Belt Clip Options: Covertec mount + classic Vader-style D-ring (clip not included).
Chassis Options*: Standard removable pogo xeno/proffie chassis (installed) + optional spinning copper crystal chassis for display.
