Cal Kestis was destined for something far greater than he could have ever imagined.
Before the survivor. Before the scars. Before rebuilding what had been lost, there was a Padawan carrying a remarkable hilt — a saber from another life and one of the last physical connections to the Jedi he once was. Providence was created to honor that beginning.
 
At first glance, the design remains understated and unmistakably utilitarian. Look closer, however, and the details begin to reveal themselves: aluminum construction, warm brass accents, a slim leather-wrapped grip, a two-tone brass neck, and — hidden opposite the control box — a static crystal reveal chamber built directly into the hilt.
 
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING ESTIMATE — We expect to begin shipping pre-orders by February 2027, with orders shipping in batches as each saber arrives, is configured, and passes our quality checks. For collectors looking to turn Providence into an even more dramatic display piece, you can add our Xeno Grand Master Spinning Crystal Copper Core.
 
This is an optional add-on and does not replace the standard electronics core included when purchasing a Complete Xenopixel or Complete Proffie configuration. If selected with one of those configurations, you will receive your standard core plus the Grand Master Copper Crystal Core.
The copper construction and spinning crystal mechanism add a noticeable amount of weight to the hilt, so this configuration is intended primarily for display and collector use rather than creating the lightest possible saber for spinning.
 
A FIRST FOR CAL'S PADAWAN SABER
Rather than allowing the crystal chamber to dominate the design, we intentionally concealed it on the opposite side of the control box. With the chamber closed, Providence retains the simple silhouette that makes Cal's original Padawan saber so recognizable and duel-worthy. Open it, and the character of the hilt changes completely.
 
A hidden kyber crystal is revealed beneath the exterior — a detail that feels right at home in the story of a Jedi whose past was always just beneath the surface.
 
MAKE PROVIDENCE YOUR OWN
Choose the Kestis Brown Leather Wrap for the closest match to the in-game look. Fancy a different color? You can have the Vader’s Sabers team professionally apply one of our other genuine leather colors, so your Providence arrives ready to display. You can also select no leather to show off the clean hilt design, or if you prefer to wrap it yourself, we can include a strip of dark brown leather in the box.
