Was your shipment damaged on the way to the Outer Rim or Deep Core? Those Hyperspace lanes can be tricky! Don’t worry... Any saber damaged in transit is our responsibility. Just let us know within seven (7) days of receiving your saber and we will either exchange it or refund your credits if that saber is no longer in stock.
If you are having trouble tuning your crystal or your technology core is malfunctioning just let us know within 15 days of getting your saber and we can make it right.
WARRANTY
If we do not hear from you within 15 days of receiving your saber, we assume all is good with your saber and any damage after 15 days is your responsibility. Please reach out to us if you have issues with your saber within this time frame. We are not responsible for damage during training simulations or dueling for supremacy with your foes.
If you are not satisfied with your saber you can send it back to us within 15 days, but if all is working there will be a 15% restocking fee as travel energy is at a premium and so are droids.
We offer no refunds/exchanges on Mystery Box saber packages as these are custom units and it is impossible to replicate its awesomeness a second time.
All shipments through the galaxy have to go through the Deep Core so shipping is taking longer than pre-plague and pre-war times. Rebel or Imp… we all have to deal with these delays. You’re looking at 3-6 week transit times to your planets mail courier.
Packaging up your saber for transit across the galaxy through hyperspace is a process we take very seriously. Your saber along with the pixel blade, charger, cables, and any notes on how to operate it during training will be carefully done so any possible damage during transit is reduced to a near infinitesimally small number. But as was once said, never tell us the odds.... cause well, it can happen. In that case see our warranty section.
