If you choose to return a saber within the first 15 days there will be a $100 fee which covers Continental US shipping ONLY; Shipping outside the Continental US is your responsibility. We cover manufacturing defects only.
After you receive your saber, we will still help with nominal repair costs depending on the issues; manufacturer defects WILL BE covered, NOT damage caused by you. As a business, we have to pay fees for every order that is placed and they are NON-REFUNABLE for us.
