Give your saber a battle-worn finish with our custom hilt weathering service.
This service is available for select sabers we sell that do not currently offer weathering as a customization option, or for a saber hilt you have already purchased from us and would like to send back for weathering.
You can also choose to have your saber wrapped in genuine leather hide for an additional fee. When ordering, you can make a note on your order what color leather you prefer. Please see the Leather Color Options on the listing here. Do not purchase the leather listing instead, just use that listing to see all available leather colors and purchase here. The leather listing is for the cost of the leather and not installation.
This service is perfect for collectors who prefer their saber to look like it has seen a few campaigns, survived a rough landing, or been carried by someone with questionable judgment and excellent taste.
Important Note
- This listing does NOT come with a saber. This is only for the weathering service.
- This service is for compatible sabers purchased from Vader’s Sabers.

Do not send blades, chargers, stands, cases, plugs, tools, or other accessories unless we specifically request them. - Weathering and leather wrap are done by hand.
Each finish will vary slightly. That is part of the charm. The galaxy does not issue identical scorch marks. - This is a custom service.
Once weathering begins, the service cannot be canceled or reversed.
