Orders are legally binding. A maximum 15% cancel/restock fee applies for cancellations or returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if item is in original condition
Manufacturer defects are fully covered; all other repairs are offered at cost
Due to high repair overhead, customer-caused damage is not covered
Please contact us within 15 days if there are any issues—after that, we’ll assume your saber is working perfectly
